Our merchandise is produced with intention and, in many cases, made to order. Because of this, we do not operate like a mass retail store.

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we also ask customers to purchase thoughtfully.

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Limited edition or made-to-order items
  • Gifted items

4. TIMEFRAME FOR REQUESTS

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

While we work closely with these partners, fulfillment timelines and processes are subject to their operational constraints.


12. CHARGEbacks & DISPUTES
